Peavey, thanks for linking to the original article and allowing people to post comments. Chalain has a brief write up of his efforts to get John at Twit-talk to give proper credit. I'm guessing your link won't last on his site long.
The other link from Twit has already been corrected and Tanner's blog now points to chalain's original post.
Oh, and of course, I agree completely on the classlessness of blatent thievery. It's one thing to grab an essay of the web that you're not really sure who wrote. Very different when the original author comes knocking points out your mistake.
What I find incredible is the prominent display of the Creative Commons link to copying and sharing posts, which details how his posts can be shared - as long as they are fully attributed. Apparently, he doesn't think Creative Commons doesn't apply to him. -- js
